Reschedule policy

In the event that you find yourself unable to make it to your scheduled session, we kindly request a minimum of 2 weeks' advance notice. This ensures that you won't incur a cancellation fee of $100.

As a small, family-owned business, our pet photography session placements are limited and include a dedicated time for each session. Your cooperation in providing us with a 2-week notice period enables us to potentially fill that time with another booking. Otherwise, we regretfully lose the opportunity and others miss out. Your understanding and consideration are greatly appreciated.

Rescheduling due to an emergency/illness

We understand that unforeseen situations and/or or emergencies can arise. In such cases, we are committed to working with you to identify an alternative date that suits your schedule. Should you need to reschedule due to illness or emergencies, your initial confirmation deposit will be transferred to the newly selected date.

It's important to keep in mind: If additional rescheduling is necessary, a fresh confirmation deposit will be required.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Should you decide to cancel your pet photography studio session any cancellations will result in forfeiture of the confirmation deposit or studio session fee, which will be transformed into studio credit. This credit will remain valid for one (1) year and can be utilized for artwork purchases within our studio.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. To secure your chosen date and time for your Zoo Studio pet photography studio session, a confirmation deposit or studio session fee is required.

  2. Your pet photography session confirmation deposit or studio session fee is non-refundable. In the event you reschedule your studio session, your confirmation deposit or studio session fee can be transferred to another party. However, please note: when participating in charitable fundraising projects, the $100 participation fee dedicated to charity remains non-refundable without exception. This is because the confirmation deposit is donated to the nominated charity at the time of your booking and payment of your confirmation deposit.

  3. In the event that you provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice to reschedule by contacting us on 03 9201 2248 or 07 3870 0903 or you can email us: info@zoostudio.com.au, your confirmation deposit or studio session fee will be seamlessly transferred to secure a new date for one (1) rescheduling instance. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, please be aware that weekends tend to be heavily booked in advance, often leading to the availability of alternative session dates mainly on weekdays. Placement on a waiting list may be necessary.

  4. Rebooking multiple times without an additional non-refundable confirmation deposit or studio session fee is currently not available.
